The Amirkabir University of Technology was introduced as the “most influential university in the curriculum planning of Iranian higher education” throughout 2017-2021 by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. The president of AUT stated that "this indicates that the Amirkabir University of Technology has not performed one-dimensionally and has rather had effective and significant performance in every field including education, articles, innovation, technology, and industrial contracts”.
